Provisional qualifications assessment If, after evaluating your completed electronic application form, we feel that it makes sense for us both to pursue the application, we will ask you to supply additional paper documents. These will include a detailed CV and relevant testimonials which will enable us to assign your qualifications, specialist skills and experience, such as knowledge of foreign languages and countries, to the projects we have on file. Telephone interview If, after perusal of all the written documents, we are convinced that additional details should be exchanged by phone, we will contact you by phone to ask for further details. If this process is satisfactory, we will invite you to a personal interview. Personal interview If, after the phone interview, we feel that it is in our mutual interests to meet, we will invite you to an interview at a suitable location which makes sense in terms of cost and time restrictions. Any travel expenses will have to be covered by the candidate because we only work with self-employed contractors. After concluding all the initial discussions, we will notify you as to whether we have added you to our interim manager pool. Further project-specific discussions with our clients If you are suitable for one of our interim management projects, we will make an anonymous version of your profile available to our client. If the client is interested in meeting you personally, we will sign an initial contractual agreement with you which will contain the basic details of confidentiality, non-disclosure, an agreement to prevent attempts to access clients "through the back door" and damages in the event of violation. Once the initial contractual agreement has been signed, we can commence discussions with the client. |
