Selection criteria for inclusion in the Interim Manager pool

If your have a background of the first or second tier of the management hierarchy, your qualifications, experience and professional achievements are impressive overall, if you can support these with testimonials and references then we would like to hear from you.

We emphasise the following characteristics and abilities:

 Able to analyse data and facts quickly, accurately and generally be quick on the uptake
 Creative approach towards innovative solutions, lateral thinkers are welcome
 Energy and capacity for enthusiasm in setting one's own demanding goals
 Willingness to think pragmatically about uncertainties within a complex environment
 Ability to cope with stress and steadfast enough to meet ambitious goals
 Courage and confidence to face unknown problems
 Honesty and integrity in everything to do with your professional and personal life
 Confidence-building, frank and direct communication
 Sincere interest in and respect of your fellow humans (team skills)
 Appreciation of other people's contributions, irrespective of their culture or status
 You have to be able to convince through inspiration, an ability to empathise and clear arguments.

Unequivocal ability to implement after a clearly defined analysis of the situation and planning of the action to be taken
