Contractual basis

Our contractual relations with a client are based on the German Civil Code (§ 611 et seq. BGB), and form a contract for services for the provision of an interim manager.

The contract between FaZiT Interim and the selected interim manager is almost exactly the same and on the same legal basis but with a different rate of pay.

The contracts with our clients cover the following points at least:
