Pre-agreed daily fees The remuneration for the interim manager is always proportionate to the time he spends on the job and is based on the following factors: - Skills, breadth of experience and degree of specialisation of the manager
- Anticipated or contractually defined length of the commission
- Complexity of the task and size of the company
- Intensity of the effort (number of days on the job, daily working time)
- Additional difficulties (foreign travel, travel times, conditions of work)
The daily fees charged by FaZiT to the client can, depending on the factors above, range between the following extremes: euros 900 to euros 1,800 (ex VAT) Success-related components Apart from the fixed fee, it is possible for clients to agree a success-related fee of up to one third of the daily fee where the success parameters can be clearly and objectively evaluated and the success occurs within the contractually agreed project timeline. These do not have to be financial parameters, any other quantifiable measure can also be considered as evidence of the successes achieved. Expenses Travel and overnight expenses and other task-related expenses are reimbursed in accordance with the client's usual travel expenses policies, where the total may not be less than the rates officially deductible from taxes. All expenses are invoiced by the interim managers directly to the client's company and these will also have VAT added. |
