Executing a project

 

With interim management, decisions often have to made under pressure of time.

For this reason, a brief analysis is drafted within 3 working days after which a rough concept is produced (max. 7 days) containing targets and the measures to be taken.

The analysis of the existing strengths and weaknesses result in the rough concept and action plan which is approved by the company´s bodies and continuously monitored.

The concept is implemented in such a way that all the company's management team are involved to ensure broad acceptance throughout the company and involve key employees.

Project reports are produced at short intervals to document progress and provide an instrument for use in project controlling and quality assurance.

A project council at FaZiT can, on request by the client, accompany the interim manager in all the phases of the project through to its contractually defined conclusion.

The  qualifications and experience of the managers and evidence of their professional achievements are of crucial importance. The managers assigned apply themselves diligently until the root causes of the crisis or the bottleneck have been dealt with and a long-term replacement has been recruited.

We are orientated towards implementation, i.e. at a conceptual level, the targets and actions are jointly defined and then implemented together with the client's management team.
