In a time when globalisation is a key word, companies are constantly being subjected to changes and adaptation processes. In order to position a company correctly in a competitive market and be successful long-term it is essential to control these processes by means of a professionally implemented change management  system.

The change strategy is based on a diagnosis of the quantitative and qualitative need for change. The objectives of the change strategy are then compiled to make a rough concept.

To ensure the process, organisational and system targets are achieved and the changes are generally accepted, it is important to ensure sustained adaptation of the abilities, attitude and behaviour patterns of all those affected.

By applying appropriate methods, such as early notification, active involvement in the concept phase and taking on responsibility in the implementation phase, we ensure that employees and management executives alike become co-developers of the system in the project team.

It is better if the Managing Directors do not lead the change management process, but rather motivate those involved and support the overcoming of conflicts and the softening of resistance, which are unavoidable symptoms accompanying process of change.
